Whisky Flight Club

In these terms and conditions, “we”, “The Club”, “Whisky Flight Club”, “us” and “our” refers to In IN GOOD SPIRITS INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD (ACN 667 817 281), Liquor Licence 36314538. 
Your access to and use of all information on this website, including (without limitation) subscribing for membership and purchase of our goods and services, is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). 
We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions at any time to take effect with respect to your use of the website and all transactions following any such amendments, and such use or transactions will represent your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as so amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website, and prior to each debit of monthly subscription payments, you read our then published Terms and Conditions.

Refer a Friend

• Offer only open to Australian residents 18 years or older.
• You must be a paid Monthly Subscriber of Whisky Flight Club to participate in this Refer a Friend promotion
• You cannot refer yourself or your partner/spouse. You can try refer your partner/spouse and we might decide to let it slide. Better yet, email us and tell us you want to do it and we can think about it.
• To qualify, the Referee must, by way of the referral, become a Monthly Subscriber of Whisky Flight Club (and must not have been a member or Monthly Subscriber previously).
• Every successful referral pursuant to these Terms and Conditions earns the Referrer a whisky gift (the selection varies depending on available stock and will be selected at our sole discretion). A referral is deemed successful and the aforementioned ‘Thank you’ gift will be shipped when the Referee has purchased one full priced whisky subscription from us and has successfully paid for the first month, at which point they are deemed an active Monthly Subscriber. The Referrer will not receive a reward if the Referee joins The Club but does not purchase a monthly subscription which remains active for at least one month.
• Gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• Whisky Flight Club reserves the right to cease the referral promotion without prior notice for any reason, including (without limitation), if oversubscribed, and to investigate and withdraw prizes where entrant behaviour is deemed to be suspicious or dishonest.
• Referees must credit their Referrer by entering the Referrer's unique referral code or email address as used in the Referrer's account. This should be entered in the “Referrer” field in the Referee's account page. Only referrals that come through this system will be counted. If the “Referrer” field on your account page is missing, inactive or incorrect, please email us and tell us who you have been referred by.
  
  

Member Registration

• You must become a Member of Whisky Flight Club to access the goods and services provided on this website. To become a Member of Whisky Flight Club you must complete your registration by providing certain information as set out on our Join The Club/Subscriptions page. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information relating to our collection, storage and use of the details you provide on registration. You can read about it in our Privacy Policy.
• On subscription sign up, you agree to pay for our subscription services as set out on our website here.
• We reserve the right to terminate your Membership at any time if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
• You must be 18 years or older to join Whisky Flight Club. It is an offense to sell alcohol to minors and it is a punishable offense for a minor to purchase alcohol. As per generally accepted terms of sale and delivery of alcohol, if you look under 25, we may request identification to confirm your age. Please don’t get offended as we are bound by the terms of our Licence. Furthermore, we may delay delivery until we can suitably identify the Member being over 18.
• Whisky Flight Club is open to Australian residents only and will deliver to Australian addresses only.
• Maintaining an active credit card is a requirement of Membership with Whisky Flight Club. Your Membership will be terminated should your card become invalid prior to the time for payment.
• In the case that you have more than one payment method in your account (multiple credit cards) we reserve the right to attempt to charge those additional payment types should the primary payment type be declined. By adding additional payment methods, you agree to this. We want to make sure that you get your whisky!
• Your card details are securely captured and stored in a secure vault by Shop Pay, our third party payment processor. By entering your credit card details, you are agreeing to the service provided by Shop Pay and we take no responsibility for that service. You can read about them here.
• You can terminate your Membership at any time. There is no penalty for termination or minimum term required. We'll be sorry to see you go, but all you need to do is log in to your account, go to Account Details and find Active Subscriptions. Please contact us immediately if for whatever reason you are unable to gain access to your account. Termination will not result in refund of any payments made prior to termination.
  
  

Your Whisky Flight Club Subscription

• Our whiskies range in price, quality and availability. We aim to provide you with quality whisky. Every time. We never charge delivery fees for monthly subscription deliveries. What you see is what you pay. We post to anywhere in Australia. For the majority of deliveries, we use Australia Post. Delivery time will depend on delivery address and any issues faced by Australia Post or our other delivery contractors. If at any time you are worried about your parcel, please contact us.
• All whiskies are sourced from either the distillery or their sales partners. When we receive the bottles, we use our commercial kitchen to split the bottles into smaller portions. We provide labelling to display all relevant legal information (standard drinks, abv and pregnancy warning) as per liquor licensing laws. 
• By becoming a Member of Whisky Flight Club, you agree to receive email correspondence from us (info@whiskyflight.club). Please promise to check your junk mail to make sure our emails are going to your inbox. We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of emails.  Please ensure that you update this address in your account if and when it changes.
• The Club operates an “opt-out” system. This means that you are automatically opted-in to purchase your subscription each month, and will be charged each month, unless you "skip" that month in the subscription section, prior to the cut off time. You can also email us before the cutoff, and we will assist you with this.
• It is your responsibility to opt out during the opt-out window. In general, the cancellation needs to be prior to the 28th of the month (but please check
  online, or email us if you require clarification). There is no penalty for opting out before this date.
• We'll be sorry to see you go, but all you need to do is log in to your account, go to Account Details and find Active Subscriptions. Please contact us immediately if for whatever reason you are unable to gain access to your account.
  
• You agree that if you fail to indicate your desire NOT to purchase a given month’s featured whisky before the cutoff date as specified above, that your registered credit card will be debited for that month’s purchase and your whisky will be delivered to the address provided by you at registration.

Payment

• Unless you have opted out prior to the cutoff date, your nominated credit card will be charged.
• Successful transactions will receive a tax invoice via email and declined transactions will be notified via email.
• We will re-attempt to charge declined cards daily for the next five working days or until the relevant stock is sold out. It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds available on your card and to update your account with your new payment details before your current card expires.

• When you visit our website, we give you a limited license to access and use our information for personal use.
