How does it work?

All whisky is sourced from either the distillery or their sales partners. When we receive the whisky, we professionally and hygienically break down the bottles into 175mL measures. We provide labeling to display all relevant information (distillery, cask finish, standard drinks, abv etc), as well as a QR code link to the tasting notes and of course all the details about the whisky.

The upcoming release will be shown on the website & Instagram in the days leading up to the 28th. If you don't 'Opt-out' before the 28th of the month, we will send you 175mL of each of the advertised whisky.

On the 28th of the month you will be charged for the whisky flight for the coming month. You will then receive a confirmation email.

The whisky we choose ranges in price and availability. We aim to provide you with quality whisky. Every time. We never charge delivery fees for monthly subscriptions. What you see is what you pay.

How much whisky do I get?

We send a quarter bottle of each monthly whisky. This is so you get enough for a grin on your face and still have some to share with your nearest and dearests. For clarity, you receive 3 x 175mL bottles in each monthly subscription.

When you refer a friend, we send you a thank you drink, so round up your team and enjoy the adventure.

Which whiskies will I receive?

Every month, we include a flight of three whiskies (Scotch not Bourbon whiskey) for you to explore, discover and enjoy some of the best the world has to offer. We just love whisky and think you will love what we are drinking. Before you ask, we hardly have peated whisky as we know it is somewhat polarising. Fear not lovers of Peat, we do throw them in every so often. And will occasionally have Peated Flights available in the shop.

Our past releases will give you a good idea of the lengths we go to help you find new favourites.

Do you offer a full bottle whisky subscription?

No, but once you’re a subscriber, you can always request to purchase bottles you’ve had before. That said, every so often, we do have full bottles available, but they get offered to monthly subscribers first so make sure you sign up.

How do you send my whisky?

We post to anywhere in Australia. For the majority of deliveries, we use Australia Post. Depending on where you live will depend on the delivery time. If at any time you are worried about your parcel, please contact us.

When will my whisky be sent?

After the monthly order cut off (midnight on the 28th of the month), we secure the whisky from our suppliers. Once we have received the whisky, each bottle is divided into quarters and packaged up for sending to our subscribers on the next business day.

How long will it take for my whisky to arrive?

For majority of deliveries, we use Australia Post. Delivery time will depend on delivery address and any issues faced by Australia Post or our other delivery partners. If at any time you are worried, please let us know.

Do I need to be home to accept my whisky?

No, your monthly subscription comes in a small parcel box and is delivered by your local postie, so no need to sit at home waiting for your whisky to arrive… unless you want to. The account holder has to be over 18 and have their ID verified as per liquor laws on the first delivery. This may result in a slight delay. Please be patient – We take responsible service of alcohol seriously.

Help, my whisky has turned up damaged

It doesn’t happen often, but if it does, please email us at orders@whiskyflight.club and we can help you out. Also, if you find any floaters, please email us and we will sort it out.

How do I update my delivery address?

All you need to do is log in to your account and select ‘view address’.

How do I update my Membership Email?

Please contact us via email and we will get your account updated for you, asap.

How do I cancel my Membership?

We'll be sorry to see you go, but all you need to do is log in to your account, go to Account Details and find Active Subscriptions.

Do you ship internationally? (Hi New Zealand)

Not yet, but follow us on social media to be the first to know when we do.

I want to gift someone a monthly subscription, what do I do?

Please contact us via email at orders@whiskyflight.club and we will set it up for you.

Can I recycle my bottles?

Yes, our bottles can be recycled with household recycling. But better than that they can be reused, either by you or by us if you send them back.

How do I send back my empties?

If you send us nine used bottles we’ll take $10 off your next month's Flight to say thank you. Email us at info@whiskyflight.club for the address and instructions on how to send them back.
