From the family-run Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, this Càrn Mòr expression showcases the youthful spirit of Dalmunach, fully matured in a single Oloroso sherry butt. Distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2024, it's an 8-year-old single malt that leans into the richness of sherry influence while holding on to the fresh brightness of orchard fruit. Non-chill filtered and natural in colour, with an outturn of just 1,756 bottles. A Speyside dram with poise and presence.

Nose:
Juicy raisins, orange peel, leather, chocolate. Underneath: green apples, caramel, malt sweetness.

Palate:
Honeyed malt, stewed orchard fruits, creamy vanilla, baking spice, toasted wood.

Finish:
Medium length, dried fruit, vanilla, soft oak.
