This is a tribute to both traditional whisky-making and Dougie Maclean’s love for Scotland, named after his well-known song Caledonia. Handcrafted in small batches, this whisky is matured in ex-bourbon casks before spending an additional 4-5 years in Oloroso sherry casks, creating a deeply layered and complex dram. Unchillfiltered and bottled at 46% ABV, it’s a whisky for those who appreciate the craftsmanship of an older era.

Nose:
A rich medley of honey, sherry-soaked fruits, and polished oak. Sweet notes of manuka honey, figs, and dates blend with tobacco, dark chocolate, and toasted nuts.

Palate:
Full-bodied and indulgent, featuring stewed red berries, treacle toffee, and caramel. There's a burst of sherry influence, balanced by toasted almonds and hints of buttered toast.

Finish:
Long-lasting and warming, with rich cocoa and spiced hot chocolate, finishing off with a subtle touch of fairy floss sweetness.
