Nose:
Cinnamon-spiced toffee, caramelised walnuts, baked apple and orange peel, carried on gentle wisps of woodsmoke.

Palate:
Raisins, honeyed walnuts and blackberry richness layered with smoked chocolate fudge and warming spice.

Finish:
Lingering dark fruit, sweet spice and soft embers of smoke that drift long after the last sip.
