Highland Park’s Land of Orkney captures the distillery’s signature balance of sweetness, spice and gentle heather peat smoke. Matured primarily in first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks, it reflects the contrasts of Orkney itself, where rugged coastline meets rolling farmland. Rather than chasing heavy peat, this is island whisky built on nuance and balance.

Nose:
Vanilla crème brûlée, baked apple and extremely soft aromatic smoke.

Palate:
Toasted cinnamon, nutmeg, sweet orchard fruit and honeyed malt.

Finish:
Lingering warming spice and soft vanilla.
