Distilled in a Coffey (continuous) still using 100% malted barley, this whisky blurs lines - it’s technically a grain whisky, but it leans malt in spirit. Nikka adopted this expression into their core range in 2014, offering fans a rare glimpse into how malt behaves when driven through a column still rather than a pot still. Interesting and very easy drinking.

Nose:
Vanilla bean, creamy soda, dried coconut, subtle fruit (citrus, peach) and soft oak. 

Palate:
Silky texture giving layered flavours: cinnamon, clove, tropical fruit, light chocolate, and malt sweetness. 

Finish:
Sweet, clean, and lingering with notes of light caramel, vanilla, and a fading spice echo.
