From Western Australia's Great Southern region, Nullaki has quietly developed a reputation for producing elegant, fruit-forward whiskies that let both spirit and cask speak clearly. Their Tawny Cask release draws on one of Australia's great fortified traditions, marrying rich red fruit sweetness with the distillery's bright, cereal-driven spirit to create a whisky that is generous without becoming heavy. This one matures in barrels that previously held 20-year-old Swan Valley tawny, while the distillery itself sources barley and casks from across WA wine regions.
