Here’s a whisky that doesn’t just whisper sherry-maturity - it belts it out. This small batch Speyside blend was distilled in 2009, matured in a trio of elite sherry casks (Oloroso & Pedro Ximénez) and bottled at 53.6% ABV. The result: full-on dark-fruit intensity, sweet-spice heat, and the kind of maltiness that begs you to pour that second dram before the first is finished.

Nose:
Sandalwood and dried tobacco leaves give way to sun-dried raisins, lush sultanas, and a hint of smoky leather. 

Palate:
A rich tapestry of candied orange rind, dark brown sugar, cranberries, cherry, warming ginger and cinnamon spices.

Finish:
Nutty and long-lasting with a waxy texture, carrying a sticky fruit-cake sweetness that slowly fades into oak and spice.
