As with all the Old Perth range, this whisky is fully matured in sherry casks. This Limited Edition takes its name from the luxurious grape of Southern Spain (Pedro Ximenez), picked very ripe or sun-dried to concentrate the sugar and natural acidity of the wine. Maturation in a combination of Pedro Ximenez Sherry Hogsheads and Butts (sourced from Bodega José y Miguel Martin) has resulted in a whisky packed full of flavor with a velvety texture. Only 7,800 bottles were produced for the global market!

Nose:
Rich and aromatic with notes of dried fruits, dark chocolate, and sweet sherry.

Palate:
Full-bodied and velvety with flavors of raisins, figs, molasses, and a hint of spice. Rich, chewy, and intense.

Finish:
Long and luxurious, with lingering sweetness and a touch of oak.
