Raasay has quickly built a reputation for making whisky that feels both modern and deeply rooted in place. Lightly peated spirit shaped by wild Hebridean weather and an instinct for unusual cask maturation. This one might be their most intriguing expression yet. Finished in Sicilian Marsala wine casks, the whisky develops layers of floral sweetness, orchard fruit, spice, and savoury complexity, all while holding onto that unmistakable Raasay coastal character.

Nose: 
Grape must, parma violets, and soft coastal smoke, with a gentle sweetness underneath.

Palate:
Stewed apples, maple syrup, ginger and sweet pear, layered with earthy peat and a curious balsamic richness.

Finish:
Long, warming, and lightly smoky, with lingering toffee sweetness and maritime spice.
