Truth and Consequence selected this whisky from The Speyside Distillery, one of Scotland’s quiet achievers nestled beneath the Cairngorm Mountains. Initially matured in a refill bourbon barrel before receiving a nine-month finish in a first-fill bourbon cask, it showcases a bright, delicate spirit style with plenty of freshness and texture. Bottled at natural cask strength and minimally filtered, it remains full of energy and character.

Nose:
Boiled lollies, nashi pear and orange blossom with fresh spring orchard notes.

Palate:
Crisp and vibrant with soft pepper, vanilla soda and Fruit Tingles sweetness.

Finish:
Medium length with white fudge, butternut and a gently drying edge.
