Togouchi Sake Cask Finish is a delicate and distinctive Japanese whisky, first aged in bourbon casks before spending its final three months in freshly emptied sake casks from the Sakurao Brewery. This unique finish imparts subtle woody and fruity layers, adding depth and elegance to an already refined dram. As far as we know, this is the only Japanese whisky aged in Sake casks. But considering how easy it is to drink; it might not be the only one for very long.

Nose:
Light and delicate with vanilla, green apple, and soft malt.

Palate:
A subtle lactic creaminess balanced by gentle wood and fresh white fruits.

Finish:
Long and elegant, with white fruits, warm spice, and malty sweetness.
