Nose:
Vibrant and full—bright orchard fruits (pear and apple), creamy malt and lemon zest. Layers of barley sugar and salted butter on warm brioche, with a gentle floral lift of heather and honey.

Palate:
Mouth-coating and well-textured. Bursting with juicy pears and peaches, soft citrus, fresh malt and toasted bread. A honeyed sweetness flows throughout, balanced by a crisp, spicy oak edge.

Finish:
Medium to long. Opens with time, revealing depth and a well-rounded fade of malt, fruit and gentle oak spice.
