The "House Malt" 2012 is expertly vatted before filling into a single first-fill Oloroso Sherry Butt. Bottled at high strength with no chill filtration. Only 729 bottles produced from the cask.

Nose:
Arabica coffee, malt loaf, toasted spiced nuts, charred oak, rum and raisin ice cream.

Palate:
Full-bodied, rich, and complex with layers of coffee, malt loaf, toasted spiced nuts, and charred oak.

Finish:
Long and satisfying, with lingering notes of rum and raisin ice cream and a touch of spice.
