Born in Perth, Whipper Snapper Distillery set out to craft an Australian bourbon-style whisky with its own distinctive flair. Upshot is made using a mash bill of corn, wheat and malted barley, and distilled in copper pot stills before being aged in new American oak barrels under the intense Western Australian climate. The result is a bold, full-flavoured whisky that captures the heart of bourbon tradition while expressing its unique local character.
